This development was designed to introduce European (English) architectural standards into a fast-growing urban environment, elevating both aesthetic appeal and long-term asset value.
Kinshasa is a city of momentum. Population growth, commercial expansion, and urban density create a strong demand for secure, well-designed residential housing near the city centre. Our project was strategically placed close to main transport links, shops, and commercial activity, ensuring both lifestyle appeal and rental demand.
Architectural & Structural Strategy
English Design Principles Clean lines, efficient layouts, durability-focused materials, and a timeless exterior finish were used to differentiate the property from surrounding developments. Secure Foundations The building was constructed 6 feet underground to create a reinforced base capable of supporting vertical expansion. This was a deliberate long-term decision — not just to build, but to future-proof. We don’t build for today alone. We build for what the asset can become. Vertical Expansion Capability The underground reinforcement allows for safe height development while maintaining structural integrity and safety.

Ground Floor: Retail/commercial units Designed to attract local businesses and create consistent cash flow Enhances foot traffic and increases overall property value Residential Units (9 Total): 1 apartment on the ground floor 3 apartments on the first floor 4 apartments on the second floor Additional units planned with third-floor expansion
